ABOUT THE CENTRE
The Funboard Center Boracay (Tabou & Gaastra) has been operating since 2003 on Bulabog Beach. Only 100m from Reef Retreat Resort, the spacious centre is in the perfect “upwind” location. Rentals include 30 boards from Tabou and sails from Gaastra. The centre offers a wide range of courses for beginners to advanced.
Cafe Tabou is also located within the center and serves delicious breakfast, lunch, refreshments and snacks of all kinds to keep you fuelled up for the day! They also offers custom-made Yoga classes for all.
HOW TO GET THERE
From Manila take a 45 min flight to Caticlan (Panay island), where our staff will meet you and transfer you to the hotel on a short boat trip. Alternatively Kalibo airport is a two hour bus ride to Caticlan.

Bulabog bay is 3km long white sand beach with a fringing reef on the outside with shallow sandy bottom. Prevailing NE trade wind. Low tide produces glassy flat water, Mid tide perfect for teaching, High tide allows some swell into the lagoon offering 4-6’ deep water, bump and jump type conditions. Perfect for ALL levels including freestyle, speed sailing and flatwater blasting and improving your skills.
