Isle of Wight based youth charity UKSA is looking for seasonal watersports instructors to join their team for 2014.

Instructors in Dinghy, Windsurf, Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboarding are required for this busy waterfront site.

Each year, UKSA welcomes 9,000 young people through its doors for youth development programmes, schools and group visits and maritime training. They seek inspirational, enthusiastic and hard-working staff who are keen to share their love of watersports and the outdoor life.

You must possess the following qualifications: RYA Dinghy Instructor, First Aid, and Powerboat Level 2. It is preferable if you already have RYA Windsurf Instructor, BCU Kayak Instructor, and Powerboat Instructor. Additional qualities include the ability to motivate and inspire those around you, and work well in a team.
