Up-and-coming Maui-based pro Morgan Noireaux, 18, in action at Ho’okipa. Morgan recently finished his first year of his Business Degree at University of Hawai’i and is currently waiting for wind and waves with the American Windsurfing Tour (AWT) in Pistol River - he was 5th in the first event of 2013 in Santa Cruz.
