“It was a long winter in Tenerife… Very emotional for obvious reasons… But after the first wave of sadness, anger and unanswerable questions went away after a few very long days of thinking I asked myself: “What would he do?” And I think the answer is that he would take away everything possible to take away from a situation like this and than keep doing his thing even harder than he usually was if thats even possible. So that’s what I did. I trained, windsurfed, tried to jump, hit the lip went on the rocks, played basketball, mixed music, edited footage.. But I never forgot about Alberto and I don’t think I ever will… This one’s for him. And in my eyes it’s a pretty good one – hope you guys enjoy it too!”
